Nice guy mover are not nice

I am a disabled vet and I hired nice guy movers on June 4 to move some newly purchased items that i was furnishing my new home with that was in constuction phase. First they misrepresented the facts to me I was lead to believe my initial move was only going to be $226 dollars they also was offering 2 mos of free storage. Since my home would not be ready for me to me in until the 6/23/11 I took the offer and since they where located only 20 miles away from my new home I thought was a plus Items they picked up from 2 locations vasace dining room set, china cabinet, haverty'sking bed, havertys dresser, chaise, small refigerator, plasic plant, eden dresser, eden nightstand, executive desk, chair, armoire desk, and crossbow exercise machine. When they stored my items none where damaged on June 6 2011. I was shocked when they told me the bill would be roughly over $700.00. I told Cliff one of the supervisor at the location 11334 Boggy Creek rd Orlando Fl that I did not expect that nor was that represented to me. We end up agreeing for me to pay $650. I met Cody the owner as well and asked at that time can I get the same price for the move to my home he assured me I could no additional cost. Fast forword to July 13 as per Cliff call him to have my items move to my home when I am ready. I call Cliff and am told to call Holly for exiting paper work from there storage and delivery of my items. I call Holly and she sends me a quote. I review the quote its is for well over $900 dollars I am furious  at this point. I called Holly and explained I was being riped off and the only amount I was told it would cost was the $650 told to me by Cody. She tells me there is a $325 dollar charge for them to take my stuff from vault and that it would cost more if they charged by the hour to do this, now mind you I only have roughly 12 items that they are holding for me. So this point she makes arrangement to take $100 dollars off and I just want this nightmare over. I'm keeping in mind my items that they have are way more expensive and I want my property, so I agree. Fast forward to July 15 movers should have arrive between 1 and 2pm. They finally show up about 3:30 quarter to 4pm. One of the worker fell off the truck and broke a vasace dining room chair and I am notice scratches and dents all over my furniture and they broke my executive desk. It started to rain at one point which they stopped do to safety reasons. The worker did not want to continue to do the job because they did not want to damage my home and track mud and dirt in on new carpet and wood floors. Cliff advised they could not come back another day to finish and they would have to wait the weather out and finish the job .I am so upset at this point due to all the lies and damaging of my items I call the police out to have a witness and to prevent me from doing someone harm at this point. Mind you i am paid up for 5 hours of time they did not spend 2 hrs subtracting the rain delay in my home and after witnessing the care they took with my furnishing I was not going to let them destory my new house as well. They did not set up nor place furnishing in proper positions. Now i have to hire someone else to do a job they where paid to do. I am also missing a night stand which they are claiming was load and 1 of the worker that was on this job was one that loaded the items from  the 4th of june so he know the nighstand was not on the truck. To make this even worse I call their insurance claims dept. and they only want to pay .60 cent per pound for damages to thousands of dollars worth of items. This is crazy. Please avoid this company at all cost i will be contacting my local VA to file a complaint as well as BBB and contacting channel 9 action news reporter.
